Product introduction
The anti-collision pad shell is made of light aluminum alloy sheet, and the middle is filled with aluminum alloy thin film honeycomb energy absorbing material. The anti-collision pad is symmetrically installed with a single-section aluminum tube structure. When the collision occurs, the curved aluminum tube will first be stressed and deformed to absorb the huge impact energy generated by the collision of 2.2t vehicles at the highest speed of 70km/h. When the energy overcomes the deformation rate of the aluminum tube, the aluminum tube bends inward. Then the aluminum alloy film honeycomb material used in the crash pad will undergo controlled deformation to effectively absorb the rest of the collision energy.
In case of rear-end collision, the anti-collision vehicle can build a buffer area between the vehicle and the construction area in front of it, absorb the impact energy through the deformation of the anti-collision pad structure, minimize the probability of the collision of the protected personnel and equipment, and maximize the safety of the personnel in the collision vehicle.
- Used for traffic police patrol and accident handling. When parking, put down the anti-collision mat and lean against the square 60-80 meters behind the accident point (in rainy days or slippery roads, the spacing distance needs to be increased);
- When the anti-collision mat is deployed, the vehicle speed shall not exceed 30km/h, maintain the vehicle distance, and avoid sudden braking and rapid acceleration, otherwise the anti-collision mat will be damaged.
